Encore Venu 10KB Travel Trailer

  1. GENERAL TERMS The following terms and conditions govern the RV giveaway for an Encore Venu 10KB travel trailer. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. PRIZE DETAILS The prize consists of one (1) Encore Venu 10KB travel trailer. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  3. TAX OBLIGATIONS The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize, including but not limited to federal, state, and local taxes. 
  4. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
    • The winner must register the RV in their name before any potential resale.
    • Registration must be completed in accordance with local and state regulations.
    • All registration fees and associated costs including taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
  5. VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
    • The winner must possess a valid tow vehicle capable of safely towing the Encore Venu 10KB.
    • The tow vehicle must meet all manufacturer specifications for towing capacity.
    • The winner must have appropriate towing equipment installed on their vehicle.
  6. SAFETY WALKTHROUGH
    • The winner must participate in a mandatory safety walkthrough of the RV before taking possession.
    • The walkthrough will cover basic operations, safety features, and maintenance requirements.
    • Failure to complete the safety walkthrough will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  7. ELIGIBILITY
    • Winner must be of legal age and have a valid driver's license.
    • Winner must provide proof of insurance before taking possession of the RV.
    • Winner must be legally eligible to own and operate an RV in their state of residence.
  8. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE
    • IT IS MANDATORY FOR THE WINNER TO BE IN PERSON TO ACCEPT THIS PRIZE ON MARCH 1, 2025 AT 4:00PM AT THE GREAT OUTDOORS RV LOCATION. Failure to appear in person at specified date and time results in forfeiture of prize.
    • The winner has 30 days from notification to accept the prize and complete all required documentation. 
    • If the winner cannot meet the requirements within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited. 
  9. LIABILITY
    • The sponsor is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries related to the use of the RV after possession is transferred to the winner.
    • The winner assumes all responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of the RV.
  10. COMPLIANCE
    • The winner must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding RV ownership and operation.
    • Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in prize forfeiture.
  11. MODIFICATIONS The sponsor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
