Why S’mores Dip?

S’mores dip is the perfect solution for those who crave the delightful blend of gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate, and crispy graham crackers but don’t want to deal with the hassle of building a fire or waiting out the rain. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s incredibly delicious. S’mores dip is the way to go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 15-20 marshmallows
  • Graham crackers

You’ll also need:

  • 8×8 oven safe baking dish

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the butter in the baking dish, and place in the oven while it is still preheating.
  • Once the butter is completely melted, remove the dish from the oven and gently swirl the butter around to evenly coat the bottom of the dish.
  • Add the chocolate chips and spread out so they are evenly distributed. Next, top evenly with the marshmallows.
  • Put the dish back in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted. If you like them especially toasty turn on the broiler and toast a bit longer – don’t let it scorch unless you like your s’mores normally blackened!
  • Remove the dish from the oven with oven mitts and serve chips and dip style with graham crackers. Enjoy!

Tips for the Perfect Dip

  • Variations: Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate. Dark chocolate for a richer taste, or even white chocolate for a sweeter twist. You can also add peanut butter or caramel for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Graham Crackers Alternatives: While graham crackers are the traditional choice, don’t be afraid to try out other dippers like pretzels, fresh fruit, or even cookies.
  • Microwave Option: In a hurry? You can also make S’mores dip in the microwave. Layer the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until everything is melted and gooey.

Clean-Up Made Easy

Worried about the sticky aftermath? Here’s a quick tip: soak your dish in warm, soapy water immediately after serving. This will make cleaning a breeze and ensure that you can get back to enjoying your evening.
